Register ANZ Internet Banking

Step 1 - Agree to ANZ Internet Banking Terms & Conditions
In order to use ANZ Internet Banking, it is necessary to understand and acknowledge the terms & conditions of the service. You may proceed into the next step after ticking the checkbox "I have read and agree to terms and conditions".
Step 2 - Registration method

In this step, you have an option to choose registration method by using ATM Card or Credit Card Number. If you have both banking and credit card accounts, we suggest you to register ANZ banking by using your banking account number.

Please follow instructions below, if you are registering using ANZ ATM Card

  1. Registration by
    Select "Register with ATM Card" for Banking Customer
  2. Registration code
    Enter 8-digit registration code which you can obtain via ANZ ATM or by contacting 24-hour ANZ Call Centre. Don’t have registration code? Click here to learn how to get registration code.
  3. ATM card number (banking customer only)
    Enter 16-digit of your ANZ ATM card number (if you have more than one ATM card, please choose one).
  4. Last 4 digits banking account number (banking customer only)
    Enter the last 4-digit of your banking account number. You can view your banking account number from the combined banking statement. You can also contact your appointed RM or our 24-hour ANZ Call Centre for more assistance.
  5. Last 4 digits home phone number
    Enter your last 4-digit home phone number. ANZ use phone number that customer submit during registration
Please follow instructions below, if you are registering using ANZ Credit Card
  1. Registration by
    Select "Register with Credit Card Number" for credit card customers
  2. Registration code

    Enter 8-digit registration code which you can obtain via ANZ ATM or by contacting 24-hour ANZ Call Centre. For obtaining Registration code via ANZ ATM, credit card customers are required to use Credit Card’s ATM PIN - which can be requested via ANZ Call Centre. Credit Card ATM PIN will be sent via post afterwards.

  3. Credit card number (credit card customer only)
    Enter 16-digit of your ANZ credit card number (if you have more than one credit card, please select your active credit card).
  4. Credit limit
    Enter your credit card limit amount. You can refer to your billing statement or welcome pack to ensure the credit limit amount or please contact 24-hour ANZ Call centre for more assistance.
  5. Last 4 digits home phone number
    Enter your last 4-digit home phone number. ANZ use phone number that customer submit during registration.
Step 3 - Create your account
This step contains your personal info such as customized user ID and password which will be used to log in to ANZ Internet Banking.
  1. User ID
    This will be used to login to ANZ Internet Banking facility. Your user ID must at least contain 8 characters (alphabets only or combination of alphabets and numeric) and maximum of 14 characters.
  2. Password
    Enter your preferred password. Your password should fulfil the following requirements:
    • Minimum of 8 characters
    • Maximum of 16 characters
    • No spaces
    • Use at least one letter and one number
    • Combination of upper and lower case.
    Correct example:
    UmBr3ll4
    Wrong examples:
    • 12092012 (reason: must contain alphabhet and numeric - alphanumeric)
    • anzbanks (reason: must contain alphanumeric and combination of upper and lower case)
  3. Confirm password

    Re-enter your previous password into this textbox to confirm
    Tips: To ensure you are the only person that knows your personal access information, all access to your computer and banking information should not be written down or accessible to other persons, even if you believe it is disguised.

  4. Email address
    Enter your valid email address into this textbox. Your existing email address will appear automatically if you have ever filled up the email address section in account opening forms.
  5. Please confirm your email address
    This is to confirm your existing email address. If you wish to update your email address, click "No, I have new email address"
  6. Do you want to use security device (token)?
    Select "Yes" to request for security device (token). Learn more 'why do you need a token?'
  7. Security device (token) delivery
    If you want the token to be delivered to your mailing address, please select "Mailing Address". If you wish to pick up the token at branch, please select "Pick up at branch". You may also pre-select the city and branches that you wish to visit.
Final Step - Login
Congratulations, you have completed the registration process. You now can login to enjoy ANZ Internet Banking facility.

How do I know my banking account numbers?

You can view your banking account numbers on your consolidated banking statement. You can also contact your appointed RM or our 24-hour ANZ Call Centre for more assistance.

How do I know my credit card limit?

You can view your credit limit on your billing statement or welcome pack. You can also contact 24-hour ANZ Call Centre for more assistance.

I have both banking and credit accounts in ANZ, which one should I use to register?

If you have banking and credit card accounts in ANZ, we suggest you to register Internet banking by using banking account. You can later link your credit card account in Internet Banking.

Why do I need to enter my email address?

Email address is a mandatory requirement when you registered ANZ Internet Banking. You will receive your payment / transaction receipt, promotional newsletter, and important information through your email.

I recently change my phone number, how do I register ANZ Internet Banking?

When you register to ANZ Internet Banking you will need to enter the phone numbers that you write down in the application form. If you change your phone number, you have to inform your RM or visit directly to the nearest branch first to update the data in our system. After you inform about information changes, you can now enter the phone number to ANZ Internet Banking as per updated.

How do I get registration code?

Registration code is required in order to complete registration process. Registration code can be acquired by accessing the nearest ANZ ATM or contacting 24-hour ANZ Call Centre.
Option 1 - via ANZ ATM*
  1. Select other transaction menu in the ATM home screen

  2. Choose registration menu and

  3. Select Internet Banking Registration menu

  4. After a moment, ATM will display the 8-character ANZ Internet Banking Registration Code while printing the receipt containing registration code.

Option 2 - via ANZ Call Centre
  1. Dial 0804 1000 269 or (62 21)2758 6777 and get connected with our customer service representative

  2. You will be asked several personal details to validate your information

  3. Request the ANZ Internet Banking registration code to customer service representative

  4. The registration code will be sent to your mobile phone shortly**

*You are required to have ATM PIN before you can proceed with this option. As an ANZ customer (banking or credit card), ATM PIN is automatically sent to you after you opened an account with us. If you do not have ATM PIN, please contact our 24-hour ANZ Call Centre at 0804 1000 269 or (62 21)2758 6777 to request for ATM PIN.

I forgot / lost my registration code, can I request for registration code again?

Yes, you can follow the previous step to get the registration code (via ATM or Via Call Centre). The maximum number of registration code that can be generated is up to three (3) registration codes within 48 hours. If you requested the fourth registration code within 48 hours, the system will automatically freeze the fourth request for another 48 hours.

Can my registration code expire?

Yes, the registration code is valid up to 2 days since it generated via ATM or call centre. If you keep your registration code for more than 2 days and haven’t registered to internet banking, you need to get your registration code again.

I have two registration codes, which one can I used to register internet banking?

Please use the latest registration code if you have more than one code in your possession. The earlier registration code will become inactive after you get the recent code.

User ID & Password

If I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

If you forgot your password, you are still able to retrieve it. From the login page, you can click "Forgot Your Password".

  1. Step 1 - Enter your User ID
Step 2 - If you have Security Device (Token), please input your Input Code and Response Code. Once completed, you will be asked to set your New Password, by filling "New Password" and "Confirm New Password".

If you do not have Security Device (Token):

  1. Select the Customer Type: Banking or Credit Card

  2. Insert the Registration Code. You need to go to ANZ ATM or Contact ANZ Call Center to get the Registration Code. Click here to learn how to get registration code

  3. Insert the Card Number (ATM/Credit Card)

  4. Insert the account number

  5. Insert the phone number

Once completed, you will be asked to set your New Password, by filling "New Password" and "Confirm New Password".

Why I can’t login to ANZ Internet Banking?

Please ensure that you are entering the correct user ID or password. Enter your user ID and password carefully into the validation screen. System will automatically block your user ID / password for 3 (three) consecutive invalid enter

I have accidentally input three times wrong user ID/password and my account is blocked. How do I unblock my user ID and password?

You must contact 24-hour ANZ Call Centre at 0804 1000 269 or (62 21)2758 6777 to release your user ID and password. You can also visit the nearest ANZ branch for thorough assistance. Once it has been released, try to re-login to ANZ Internet Banking. If you forget your user ID or password, you should click ‘Forget your user ID?’ or ‘Forget your password?’ to renew the user ID and password.

If I forgot my User ID, how can I retrieve it?

If you forgot your Internet Banking username, registration code is required and you are asked to perform the same step as in initial Internet Banking registration process.

The registration process can be performed through ATM channel or 24-Hour ANZ Call Centre. Learn how to get registration code.

Once you have created new User ID, our system will automatically delete your old User ID for security reason.

Can I change my user ID?

Due to security reasons, you may not be able to change your user ID. If you forgot your user ID, please click "Forgot your user ID" link on the homepage of Internet Banking or call 24-hour ANZ Call Centre for more assistance.
