How can I get the detail of my online detail transaction?

Yes, you are able to retrieve your online detail transaction by accessing the “Inquiry” menu and click “Online Transaction Detail” menu.

You may select the particular type of the Activity, select Account No., select what type of Function to be displayed and set range of time. Once finished, you may click “Search”.

What is the difference between Financial Activity and Non Financial Activity?

Financial activity is any kind of activities that impact to your financial account, such as: fund transfer, credit card payment
Non Financial activity is any kind of activities that has no direct impact to your financial account, such as: change password, update payment reminder, link your existing accounts etc.

To view foreign exchange rate:
